You can access your ClimeMET Rewards account from any page on our website, www.climemet.com.
Simply click 'ClimeMET Rewards' on the right-hand side of the page. If you have trouble checking your points balance or redeeming points, or would simply like to spend your points by ordering over the phone, then give the ClimeMET team a call on 01787 883138.
ClimeMET Rewards is powered by an external application called Sweet Tooth. Promotions offering double points or additional points for certain activities will be awarded automatically by Sweet Tooth to your ClimeMET Rewards account.
Competitions promoted via email, social media or on www.climemet.com offering points bonuses will be awarded manually by ClimeMET and may take up to 14 days to display on your account balance.
To receive points on your purchases, you must be logged in to your ClimeMET Rewards account before purchasing.
Please note, ClimeMET reserve the right to change the number of points earned for any given activity, add or remove eligible activities and alter the redeemable value of points at any stage without notice.
Points paid on orders which are later refunded will be cancelled.
Points will not be earned on the value of discount codes or gift cards.
Points will not be earned on the value of shipping.
For social media interactions, points can only be earned on the first share/post published/follow.
